Aluminum Welding

Aluminum Welding

Aluminum is widely used in welding shops because it is a light and thin metal. But welding of this metal should be done at low temperatures, otherwise pores may form. In addition, since aluminum materials are highly reactive, an oxide layer forms in contact with air and creates an obstacle for welding. Therefore, before starting the welding process, it is necessary to clean the oxide layer using a wire brush. Different types of welding may require different equipment and techniques, but with the right methods, aluminum welds can be made cleanly, smoothly, and durable.
